This product is no JOKE... i've been using it and it still pump blood to my muscles like a chariot racing down the tracks. it's my 3rd bottle but of course, i've my off days... like the last time i had it was tis morning... lol... the previous tub was at least 4 mths back or mayb 5... anyways, not important.. what matter most is that it brings out the beast inside of me each time i pour it down my throat and the after pump feeling tingles even till the next day.... u wan't a quality PUMP, then it's shotgun... the flavour is awesome too :)
